Refund and Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, in the rare case that you receive a damaged product, we offer a return and refund process under the following terms:

Eligibility for Returns: Returns are only eligible if the product received is damaged. We do not accept returns for any other reason, including but not limited to change of mind, wrong item ordered, or other issues that are not related to product damage.

Return Request Timeframe: You must notify us of any damaged product within 48 hours of receiving your order. After this period, we will no longer accept return requests for damaged items.

Required Proof: In order to process your return, you must provide video proof showing the unboxing of the product. This video should clearly capture the condition of the item at the time of opening the package. The video must be sent to our customer service team as part of the return request.

Condition of Item for Return: To be eligible for the return of a damaged product, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return:

Email us at cc@downtoearthclothing.in within 48 hours of receiving the product with the subject “Refund request for order no. xxxx”

Attach the required video proof showing the unboxing of the damaged product.

Provide your order number and any additional information about the damage.

Processing of Returns: If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges:

We offer size exchanges only. You will need to send the product back to us at your own cost. Once we receive the returned item, we will send the required size at our cost.

To initiate a size exchange, you must email us within 48 hours of receiving the product, with the subject “Exchange request for order no. xxxx”. Your email should include your order number and the size you require.

If the requested size is unavailable, we will not be able to process the exchange. Please ensure the availability of the new size you request before initiating the exchange.

The cost of returning the product to us for exchange will be borne by the customer. However, the cost of shipping the exchanged size will be borne by us.

Refunds:

We do not offer refunds except in the case of damaged goods.

In the event of damaged goods, once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you of whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method.

Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
